Full Stack Engineer

(Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering / Communications Engineering / Computer Science)

  • A full stack engineer - multi skilled but at least masters a few of those skills.

  • A quick learner with good technical communication skills.

  • Develop and grow new engineering system concepts  with strategic impact focused on robotics, automation, IoT, Artificial Intelligence and IR 4.0 related applications.

  • Driven and self-motivated with experience in developing projects that involve hardware and software programming on their own.

  • Experience with hardware development (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, C++, Python), linking to and developing web systems (PHP, JavaScript, Python) and data logging systems.

  • Able to lead projects, build team and client relationships when developing and deploying new systems.

  • Able to work independently and unsupervised where needed.

  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and problems and focus resources to produce technical solutions.

  • Actively participate in design, architecture, and development efforts.

  • Keep up to date with the latest in technology regarding the fields he/she is working in.

  • Has vehicle and is able to travel to project sites for outstation deployment (mileage claimable)

At least basic to intermediate abilities in any two of the items listed below:

  • Electronics circuits design and testing.

  • PCB design and fabrication.

  • Familiarity and experience with ROS (robot operating system)

  • 3d design + engineering technical drawing.

  • Experience with Git and version control.

  • Component + sensors selection, testing, calibration and coding to test subsystems.

      2-3 years working experience preferred.

Marketing Executive - 2 Positions

  • Marketing Executive - 2 Positions

  • To lead and develop effective plan and marketing strategies across different platforms (digital to physical channels)

  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and advertisement

  • Carry out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, competitors’ analysis as well as trying to forecast future trends.

  • Organize, manage, and participate in events, conferences as well as exhibitions.

  • Plan & oversee creative marketing content such as social media, editorials, and other forms of marketing collaterals

  • Monitor and analyze Objective Key Results (OKR)  set forth together with Top Management.

  • Generate (daily, weekly, and monthly) marketing reports, marketing campaigns analysis and suggestions how to best execute for the next campaign.

  • Organize weekly or monthly meetings with the relevant departments to ensure all tasks are executed accordingly.

  • Undertake any other Ad Hoc task as and when assign by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Sound working experience in Marketing Communication/Digital Marketing industry.

  • Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress and other social media platforms management.

  • Hands-on experience with Graphic design Tools such as Illustrator, Canva and other graphic design tools.

  • Preferable with knowledge in Digital Marketing, SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and willing to travel, if required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation skills.

Mechanical Technician - 1 Position

Career Level : Entry Level

  • Certificate or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or any that is equivalent 

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Mechanical & Electrical modules assembly

  • Understand wiring diagram, interpret engineering drawings, set-up, and execution electrical and mechanical test

  •  Basic knowledge MS office.

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.

  • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.

  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

  • Knowledge & skills in welding is an added advantage

Electrical/Electronic Technician - 1 Position

Career Level : Entry Level

  • Certificate or Diploma holder in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or any that is equivalent 

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in modules assembly/wiring electrical

  • Understand wiring diagram, interpret engineering drawings, set-up, and execution electrical and mechanical test

  • Basic knowledge MS office.

  • Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.

  • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.

  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

Supply Chain Assistant - 1 Position

  • Responsible for preparing purchase order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function.

  • Sourcing, selecting, cost negotiations and purchase of raw materials, consumable items, spare parts and others with suppliers and constantly strive for   best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality and service. 

  • Continue and source for new reliable vendor and evaluate existing suppliers in term of quality product, time deliveries, after sales service and technical support.

  • Work closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction programs, pricing and payment terms which are advantageous to the Company.

  • Monitor closely on delivery from suppliers to ensure smooth production and avoid high inventory.

  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

  • Liaison and coordination with the production department and other departments to meet their needs.

  • Maintaining the purchasing policy and adhere to it.

  • Managing any Service Level Agreement that may be in place and managing any master agreements executed between the company and the suppliers.   

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

  • Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member

            

Requirements:

  • Min Certificate in Business Administration, Purchasing / Logistic / Supply Chain Management or its equivalent.

  • Min 1 year related working experience in purchasing

  • Experience in overseas purchasing and able to communicate with overseas suppliers will be an added advantage.

  • Possess strong negotiation skill, good communication and interpersonal skill.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Good team player, self-discipline, dedicated, able to work under pressure and deadline-oriented.

  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office software, internet.
